Terms of Purchase – B.blissd Products

Ordering Information

• B.blissd does not have a minimum order requirement. However, savings are offered for wholesale/bulk orders. Please contact katy@bblissd.com.au  to arrange this.
• All orders are to be placed through our website, bblissd.com.au (or via email for wholesale/bulk orders).
• To avoid potential miscommunication (and disclosure of personal information) we do not offer verbal or telephone orders.
• Prices include GST.
• Due to the unpredictable price fluctuation of essential oils, the prices on our website may be subject to change without notice. In the case of orders that have been confirmed (and paid for) we will honour the price – for that specific order only.
• Upon order confirmation and payment, any order amendments will be managed as a new order.
• Upon order confirmation and payment, order cancellation requests (relating to change of mind/incorrectly placed orders), will be managed as a “Change of Mind Return” – please refer to the B.blissd Returns Policy for all information.
• Products sold are not to be ingested, consumed or to be used for any medical and/or health-related claims (or in place of professional medical care). They are for external use only and are not to be used for any other purpose.

Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before order fulfillment and shipment & delivery can take place.
• Payments can me made via Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) or in the case of privately arranged/wholesale or bulk orders, via Bank Transfer. Please note that we do not accept AMEX or cheque payments.
• Payments made via Bank Transfer must be organised directly via email – whereupon bank details will be provided.
• Payments via Bank Transfer must clear our account prior to dispatching your order. Depending on which bank you are with, this can take between 1-3 business days.
• Please note that we do not currently accept international orders or payment in currencies other Australian Dollars (AUD).

Freight & Delivery

• We ship all goods using Australia Post and do not use any customer nominated courier services.
• Please note that we do not currently ship orders outside of Australia.
• Please note that product prices are not inclusive of freight, however, we work to keep freight costs as low as possible, using Australia Post prepaid satchels. The price of postage will depend on the size of the prepaid satchel that is required to send your products in. While most items in our shop only require a small satchel ($12.00 parcel postage), please note that orders with multiple items, or larger Gift Sets, will require a large satchel (costing $20.00).
• Freight will be calculated & charged prior to your order being finalised.
• When received by you, all orders must be checked – any discrepancy and/or error must be lodged with B.blissd within three (3) calendar days of receipt. Please refer to the B.blissd Returns Policy for more information.
• Please check your shipping address is correct. If orders are returned due to the incorrect address being provided, a re-delivery fee will be charged. Once paid, we will be able to re-ship the order. Please refer to the B.blissd Returns Policy for more information.
• Please note that, at this time, we are unable to offer express shipping. However, we work hard to send out all orders within three (3) working days of receipt. Delivery times vary depending on where you live in Australia.

• Tracking your Order: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification. When your order has been subsequently been shipped to you, you will receive a second email, including the Australia Post tracking number.

All promotions (i.e. complimentary shipping) promoted via the website, Social Media and other marketing channels apply within Australia only. 

Liability

Please not that, if products are stored incorrectly, this could alter the stability and nature of the products. If used with other ingredients, this could also cause product stability issues. B.blissd will not be held liable for this. Therefore, please undertake rigorous testing of any self-created product(s).

Please note that all B.blissd products are made in an environment where nut-containing products are handled (i.e., sweet almond oil, fractionated coconut oil). To this end, we are unable to guarantee that any B.blissd products are nut free. It is the responsibility of the User to seek appropriate medical advice before commencing use: B.blissd will therefore not accept liability for any allergic reactions resulting from use.

In purchasing B.blissd aromatherapy products, the User accepts responsibility to observe the following essential oil safety guidelines:

• Essential oils may cause skin irritation. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use and seek medical advice. 
• Never ingest essential oils or apply concentrated (undiluted) essential oils directly to the skin.
• Avoid contact with sensitive areas, broken skin and with the eyes. 
• Essential oils are flammable.
• Read and follow all storage, usage and ‘use by’ advice on the packaging of your aromatherapy products.
• Avoid use with and around young children, pets and/or sensitive/ vulnerable individuals. 
• Please note that some aromatherapy blends contain essential oils, which can cause photosensitivity.  If direct contact with skin occurs, please avoid sun exposure for 12 hours following use.
• Some aromatherapy blends contain essential oils considered unsuitable for use during pregnancy. Seek medical advice before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Always consult a medical professional if you have a pre-existing health or skin condition (including allergies and sensitivities), have any allergies or sensitivities, are taking medication before using any products that contain essential oils. 

• All product images used in our marketing & website are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that actual items may differ in appearance, in terms of the actual packaging used for the specific goods ordered.
• The packed contents and/or packaging are utilised at the discretion of B.blissd and may therefore vary from time to time.
• Errors (including misprints or omissions) are excepted. B.blissd reserves the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products and specifications at any stage and without notice. If we have made an error in pricing, we will notify you of the correct price.
• We will not accept any liability for any loss, damage or error that is incurred by any person acting in reliance upon this information. Information is for education purpose only and individuals must exercise their independent judgement in determining if the product is suitable for their particular purpose or usage.
• Liability is limited to the value of the goods and does not include any losses including consequential losses.
• Compliance and all laws and regulations and intellectual property rights and/or trademark applying to the products are the responsibility of the user and any third party related to the user.
• If for any reason you choose to alter, re-label or re-brand any B.blissd products, it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with labelling laws. B.blissd will not be held responsible for losses incurred as the result of product recall due to incorrect labelling.
• B.blissd products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. In purchasing from the B.blissd Shop you agree to all shop policies and disclaimer.

 

Terms & Conditions of Website Usage 

The information provided on this website is for informative and educational purposes only and any participation is taken at the User’s own risk. 

When taking part in any form of physical activity, including yoga poses, breathwork or self-massage,

• Ensure that you do so in a light area, free from hazards and with adequate space around you.
• Please wear comfortable clothing to enable freedom of movement.
• If feeling faint, experiencing dizziness, light-headedness, or any form of physical discomfort, immediately discontinue and consult a medical professional.
• You are responsible for your physical condition. Exercise within your limits – and avoid force or strain. Seek medical attention and advice as appropriate.
• Ensure you stretch to warm up beforehand and to cool down afterwards. Please note that neglecting to warm up, cool down and/or stretch properly may result in physical injury.
• Avoid alcohol and drugs beforehand. Avoid heavy meals for two hours prior and ensure to keep yourself hydrated before, during and afterwards.
• Do not attempt any poses or yoga exercises without suitable experience and, where relevant, medical supervision.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, B.blissd will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from, or in connection with your use of this website. Furthermore, under no circumstances will B.blissd be liable for any damages resulting from the statements, or conduct of any third party or the interruption, suspension or termination of any services, regardless of whether such interruption, suspension or termination was negligent, justified or unjustified, intentional or inadvertent.
