YOGA
For me Yoga is all about reconnecting with ourselves: body, mind & soul. My approach is mindful & somatic – providing a safe, nurturing & playful space where you can meet yourself with kindness & compassion.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Thai Yoga Massage offers a beautiful mix of massage & yoga, using a combination of assisted stretches, massage, acupressure, energy work & meditation to move you into a state of restful ease.

AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy is an ancient holistic therapy that uses the healing power of essential oils to improve overall health & wellbeing. Treatments are 100% personalised & include an aromatherapy blend to take home.

I admit it, B.blissd is my crutch in life & nigh on guarantees real Bliss for me! After B.blissd Yoga & Aromatherapy relaxation = the BEST night’s sleep!

Her classes are great fun & there is always a lot of laughter, but that doesn’t detract from her clear instructions and teaching style. Katy’s mini retreats are a thoroughly lovely way to spend an afternoon - cocooned & warm under blankets, with delicious aromatherapy wafting around us and every single aspect of the experience given so much love & consideration. From the welcome of warming herbal tea & homemade chocolates, to the setup of the studio (beautifully decorated with countryside foliage) and the soothing pace & instruction of the session… the attention to detail, support & care given was the most I have ever witnessed & received!

Katy is a wonderful person first & foremost and her ability to reach out to people is one of her greatest strengths. Having done yoga with Katy, I understand that practise is key - her patience & clear instructions making this (sometimes extremely challenging) practice easier. With continual reminders to work with your body in the present moment & not force yourself to achieve what your body is not able to do, each class feels somehow like a 1-to-1 session (I don’t know how you do it, Katy!) I did yoga with Katy throughout lockdown too, which I think saved my life. Katy adapted her classes to suit each individual… all over a Zoom lesson! She is amazing - and a fantastic teacher too.
