Returns, Refund and Cancellations Policy

Discrepancies or Damages

  • If your product is faulty, incorrect or arrives damaged, please email us at katy@bblissd.com.au, including photographs and your order number.
  • Notification must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order. Please note that we will not accept claims after this time.
  • After a claim has been made, the return must be sent back within fourteen (14) days.

Change of Mind Returns & Cancellations

  • We will accept returns & order cancellations for an incorrect choice/purchase (or change of mind) for a store credit. We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns or order cancellations.
  • If you would like to arrange a return please email, katy@bblissd.com.au within thirty (30) days – including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond via email and issue you a Return Confirmation Number.
  • Please note that a Return Confirmation Number must be received from B.blissd prior to the return of any product(s). No credits will be issued without receipt of a Return Confirmation Number.
  • Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, must be unopened, unused & undamaged.
  • Customers are liable for all return postage charges.
  • Return requests must be made within thirty (30) days from the receipt of your order. We are unable to accept any return requests made after this time.

Unclaimed or Returned Orders

  • Incorrect Address: If your order is undelivered due to you providing an incorrect address, it will be returned to us.
  • Unclaimed Orders: Failure to collect your order from the Post Office/pre-arranged Australia Post collection point within the Post Office’s named timeframe (generally circa seven, 7, days) it will be returned to us.
  • Re-Shipping: If you would like your order to be re-shipped to you, you will be liable to pay a re-shipping fee (equal to the amount of the original shipping cost on your order). If you had initially received free shipping, you will be liable to pay a re-shipping fee as calculated by us (based on the parcel size).
  • Any, and all, unclaimed or returned parcels that you would prefer to receive a store credit for (instead of re-shipping) will incur a $10.00 return/administrative fee (+ the original shipping cost).
  • If your order is returned to us and we do not have any response from you after fourteen (14) days of our initial attempted contact, your order will be cancelled and applied as a store credit (minus the original cost of shipping and a $10.00 return/administrative fee).
  • We do not provide refunds for unclaimed or returned orders.

B.blissd Services: Yoga, Aromatherapy & Yoga Massage

Please choose carefully: registration in all B.blissd Services (including Group & Private Yoga, Courses, Thai Yoga Massage, Aromatherapy Yoga Massage, Aromatherapy Consultations and Treatments & B.blissd Retreats, Workshops, Events & Experiences) is non-refundable.

If you do not attend a Service in which you are registered, a refund or credit will not be available. To this end, please note that, should you wish to register/attend a similar future Service, you will need to re-purchase the Service.

Refunds are only available if a Service or Event is cancelled by the Practitioner/Event Facilitator.

  • In purchasing a Service all Parties acknowledge that COVID-19, travel/border restrictions, or Acts of God may impede the Practitioner/Event Facilitator’s ability to travel to an agreed Service location or require the Facilitator to return home, following the commencement of the Service (with little or no notice).
  • If restrictions are in place prior to the scheduled travel date, all Parties agree that the Facilitator may elect to offer the course electronically or reschedule the course to a mutually agreed upon date & time. If a mutually agreed date is not achievable with reasonable effort (and in good faith by all Parties) the Service Fee only may be refunded at the Practitioner/Event Facilitator’s discretion.
  • In the case that restrictions are imposed (or are likely to be imposed) after the commencement of the Practitioner/Event Facilitator’s travel or commencement of the Service/Event it will be delayed (or rescheduled) to allow for the Facilitator’s return journey home and, where possible, subsequently continue electronically. Please note that a refund of Service/Event Fees will not be available.
  • Please note the following: (a) Personalised Aromatherapy/Self-care Poducts (created as part of a Bespoke Order/Aromatherapy Consultation/Aromatherapy Yoga Massage or Treatment/ Retreat, Gathering or Event) are non-refundable as they are custom made to order.  (b) Block Purchases (of 4 x Yoga Classes, Yoga Massage and Aromatherapy Treatments) must be used within 6 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of the Practitioner.
