Our Foundations of Meditation Course is designed to help you gently unwind stress, ease anxiety and find steadiness in everyday life – naturally.
Across six weeks, you’ll join a small, supportive group of fellow beginners. Each session introduces simple mindfulness & meditation practices – and we’ll explore them together in real time.
