B.BLISSD – THE ART OF BLISSFUL BEING
The name B.blissd derives from the yogic concept of Ananda = bliss, happiness & contentment.
It is based on the premise that bliss is our true nature. We come into this world a beam of pure joy & light, however, with the stress of everyday life & the constant drive to do more, be more & achieve more, we can lose connection with our bliss-nature & our ability to simply BE.
B.blissd offers a space where you can reconnect with what brings you joy, peace & ease + reclaim your bliss!

HEY THERE, BLISSFUL BEING x
I’m Katy Ananda – & I’m so happy you’re here!
I offer a unique fusion of yoga, meditation & holistic therapies to help you reconnect with your inner wellspring of bliss – and experience more peace, ease & joy in your life.
I believe that bliss is always in us – like a light glowing at the centre of our being. With the ebb & flow of life, sometimes this light will beam brightly – we feel calm, empowered, purposeful. At others it feels fainter – we find ourselves outwardly searching for happiness – this pursuit ultimately leaving us feeling lost, dissatisfied & disconnected from our true self.
How to stay peaceful & calm amidst the storm of our busy, demanding lives? The tools I use are yoga, meditation & aromatherapy. They are the cornerstones of my daily self-care; enabling me to maintain my wellbeing and keep my bliss beam shining steady & bright!
