For me, Yoga is about reconnecting with ourselves – body, mind, soul
My approach is mindful & somatic, providing a safe, nurturing and playful space where you can tune into your body with kind awareness. As a qualified Yoga Teacher, Aromatherapist & Thai Massage Practitioner, I often bring all three of these healing arts into my teaching to create an experience that is meditative, grounding & inspiring: leaving you feeling great and providing a few simple self-care practices you can work into your daily life.
My teaching style is inclusive, student-centred & deeply restorative – creating space for you to feel deeply into the breath and the sensory experience of movement & stillness. Classes weave somatic practices (fluid, natural, intuitive movements) with breathwork, yoga postures, meditation & deep rest. You can expect an overall experience that is gentle, nourishing & soulful, with a good dose of humour & playfulness.
Specialising in therapeutic yoga for chronic stress, fatigue & burnout, classes are suitable for all body types, levels of yoga experience & are fully accessible for those with limitations due to mental health concerns, mobility issues, neurological constraints & chronic conditions. Each session is designed to improve circulation & range of motion, relieve stress & anxiety and enhance your overall wellbeing. You’ll leave practice feeling lighter, brighter & like you’ve had a massage from the inside out!

STRETCH & NOURISH
A deliciously chilled class using a synergy of deep stretching & gentle, nourishing movements – all designed to lengthen and open the muscles & connective tissues. Great for those wanting to feel more relaxed, open & balanced. You’ll leave feeling lighter, brighter & blissd-out!
HEALING & TRANSFORMATION
A deeply restful form of guided meditation, known as ‘yogic sleep,’ for its restorative benefits. Practised in a comfortable lying down position, these sessions guide you into the conscious state between wakefulness & sleep, enabling healing & relaxation. While beneficial for everyone, it is particularly recommended for those who find it difficult to relax in meditation & anyone experiencing sleep disturbance, fatigue, trauma, anxiety &/or depression.
RELIEVE & RELEASE
A slow, gentle & therapeutic practice combining somatic movement with breathwork & yoga postures. Designed to ease tension, encourage freedom of movement & create a sense of space in the body. Perfect for those living with chronic illness & pain, recovering from injury or who simply love a slow, nourishing flow (yes please!)
DE-STRESS & DE-COMPRESS
An antidote to our busy lives, these sessions begin with gentle, grounded movement to help you come back into a full experience of the body & end with restorative yoga postures to provide profound relaxation. These classes are all about rest, relaxation & the bliss of simply BEing.
REST & REPLENISH
These serene Sunday sessions offer deep rest & relaxation, moving you into a state of calm through mindful, meditative practice. Combines gentle, intuitive movement with breathwork & restorative yoga postures to provide profound relaxation. These classes are all about deep rest & rejuvenation – offering kind space to slow your racing mind, find space just for you and feel more grounded, present & expansive.
PRIVATE YOGA
Private one-to-one, group or family therapeutic yoga sessions are suitable for all ages & abilities… and these sessions are all about you!
My intention in these sessions is to help you connect with the tools & techniques that best address your specific needs. From building confidence with starting (or returning) to group classes, to working with pain, chronic conditions or trauma. Drawing on the healing arts of yoga, somatic movement, massage & aromatherapy, private yoga sessions can also focus on creating an achievable self-care routine to support your healing process (& that you can use at home between sessions).
A bespoke combination of private 1-to-1 & group classes can also be created to support you holistically.
