Aromatherapy is an ancient holistic therapy that uses the healing power of essential oils to bring health and harmony to body, mind & soul. A wonderful adjunct to both complementary & traditional therapies, Aromatherapy can be effectively used to bring a sense of vitality, aid concentration, support sound sleep, manage mood & enhance your overall sense of wellbeing.
Aromatherapy makes self-care a quick, easy & accessible part of daily life. From a single drop inhaled from the palms of the hands to an aromatic bath, spray or roll-on remedy, you can find your bliss, no matter how much (or little) time you have.

A Holistic Approach
Available in 60 or 90 minute sessions, Aromatherapy Consultations offer an entirely personalised experience. Beginning with detailed discussion around your specific therapeutic needs, relevant medical history, scent & treatment preferences, the session can be customised to combine elements of mindfulness, movement, yoga & yoga massage.
These sessions are entirely for you & led by you, with the emphasis on empowering you in your own healing journey.
We’ll explore your specific needs, concerns, expectations & wellness goals – discussing the essential oils that might assist you, the best ways for you to use them in your daily life and using this to formulate your personalised self-care plan. Plus, you’ll receive a personalised aromatherapeutic blend to take home for use between sessions!

Bathtime Bliss Ritual
Let the worries of the day slide away with this soothing ritual to nourish & nurture body, mind & soul

This ritual uses: Relax candle, Rose Quartz, Peaceful Moment Bath Salts, Nurture Bath+Body Oil

Why we love this: It helps create a simple, inexpensive evening ritual – perfect for pampering yourself, letting go of the day and giving a bit of love & kindness back to yourself. Plus – it just feels great on every level: body mind soul. For those who prefer a shower, this ritual can be easily modified for use in the shower – look out for the easy ‘how to’ tips below,
What to do:
Step 1 – Light your candle & set your intention. Place your rose quartz in view of your bath (or shower) then light your candle with the intention, “I make time & space to nurture & nourish my body.“
Step 2 – Run a warm bath (or shower). Add 4-6 drops of Nurture Bath+Body oil to your bathwater (if showering: add 2 drops of the undiluted Nurture blend to the shower floor, directly beneath the stream of water so that the steam vapours are released) and/or a scoop of bath salts. Trace a heart shape into the water with your fingertip, setting the intention that this is a time for self-care and -kindness.
Top tip: If showering, or love a body scrub, combine a scoop of your salts with a tablespoon of carrier oil for a delicious scented scrub!
Step 3 – Soak it in!
Submerge your body in the water, repeating inwardly, ‘I radiate with the energy of love & care’ and allow yourself to rest, visualising that you are surrounded with vibrations of care, peace & ease.
Step 4 – After your bath or shower, step out and dry yourself before smoothing Nurture Bath+Body Oil over your skin – leaving it, smooth, scented & beautifully hydrated.

Self-Soothing Massage Ritual
Meet yourself exactly as you are with this balancing & harmonising self-massage ritual
A calming, centring ritual to soothe stress and release tension – to aid in relaxation & quality sleep.
This ritual uses: Calm diffuser oil, Peace pillow spray, Aromatherapy-Enhanced Eye Pillow or Eye-Mask

Why we love this: It offers a chance to really listen to the body – kindly noticing and releasing any areas of held tension. Provides the perfect segue way into sleep and/or an effective antidote to overwhelm and anxiety at any stage of day or night.
What to do:
Step 1 –Set your intention
Light your candle with the intention, “I honour the wisdom of my body & listen, with kind awareness to the signals that it sends. I respect my body’s need for rest.”
Step 2 – Aroma-bliss
Apply a few drops of your calming essential oil to your diffuser, eye-pillow diffuser or use your Peace Pillow Spritz. Take a few slow breaths, allowing the aroma to gently soothe the senses.
Step 3 – Find a comfortable position
Move into a comfortable lying down position (tucking your dream pillow into your bedding) – you may choose to be in bed, on the sofa, or on your yoga mat. Use soft layers, props and pillows to build your comfort – supporting the head, under the knees and ensuring you’re comfortable & cosy.
Step 4 – Begin to notice your breath
Pop your eye mask/pillow over the eyes & take a few comfortable breaths, feeling the breath rising in from the belly, as you breath in, & the belly dropping back down again, as you breathe out.
Step 5 – Scan your awareness through the body
First bring your awareness to your feet – observing any sensations there. If you notice any pain or discomfort, simply acknowledge it and gently breathe into it, visualising that any tension is flowing out of your body with the breath. From the feet, travel your awareness up through the calves, to the knees and up through each area of the body – moving slowly and gradually upwards until you reach the top of the head.
Either repeat this process 1- 3 times (until each part of your body feels relaxed) or simply return your awareness to your breathing – taking a few slow, mindful breaths – observing how the body expands outward as you breathe in & the body contracts inward as you breathe out.
You may choose to stay resting, allowing yourself to drift off into a blissful sleep, or slowly bring a little movement back into the body before stretching and returning to your day or evening.
MIND

Mindful Moment Ritual
Reclaim a quiet moment just for you with our go-to ritual for feeling more grounded, relaxed & fully present
Meet yourself exactly as you are with this balancing & harmonising self-massage ritual.
This ritual uses: Haven candle, Sage & Selenite smudging kit, Goddess Bath+Body Oil

Why we love this: Great for giving a bit of self-love and kindness to yourself, this practice gently warms the body, getting the circulation and lymphatic system moving, whilst simultaneously soothing the nervous system. In Ayurvedic tradition self-massage is called abhyanga which translates from Sanskrit to glowing body. Accordingly, this ritual will leave you feeling soothed, pampered and glowing, inside & out.
What to do:
Step 1 – Create a soothing space
Clear the energy of your space, either smudging the area around you with Sage, meditating, humming – or doing whatever you need to release any sense of agitation, lethargy or stress from your body.
Step 2 – Set your intention
Light your candle with the intention, “every cell in my body vibrates with energy, calm and wellbeing.“
Step 3 – Warm your massage oil. Sit or stand comfortably. Poor little oil into the palm of your hand, warming it between your palms.
Step 4 – Apply the oil
Starting at the crown of the head, massage the oil into your scalp, face, ears using upward, circular motions. Using long strokes, work the oil into your arms and the legs – with circular strokes on the elbows and the knees – always moving in the direction towards the heart.
Rub the abdomen and chest in a clockwise circular motion. Finish by massaging your feet.
Step 5 – Let the oil absorb
Allow the oil to absorb for five minutes, then take a soothing shower or bath (avoiding soap so the oils can continue to do their magic!)

Wind Down Ritual
A calming, centring ritual to soothe stress, release tension and pave the way to a great night’s sleep.
Open the heart and balance your emotions with this simple ritual to invite the flow of love and compassion in!
This ritual uses: Heart Space candle, Happy roll-on remedy, Loving Kindness Aroma Bracelet + Oil Kit

Why we love this: The heart chakra, our emotional & spiritual core is where we can cultivate compassion and a sense of wholeness and peace. In the Yoga tradition, the centre of the chest, or heart space, is associated with giving love, whereas the upper back is linked more with receiving love. This ritual uses a powerful combination of mindful, stretching, breathwork and meditation to open us up to loving and being loved – offering the flow of compassion and kindness to ourselves and to others. A useful tool for releasing any sense of heartache, grief or loss and making room for fresh peace, ease & joy.
What to do:
Step 1 –Set your intention
Light your candle with the intention, “I open my heart to giving and receiving love“
Step 2 – Find a comfortable, seated position
Bring your hands to rest at the centre of the chest, either one palm on top of the other, or the palms together – whatever feels like a comfortable and nurturing way to connect with this part of yourself.
Step 3 – Aroma-bliss
Put a drop of your diffuser blend onto the bracelet’s lava stones. Lift your wrist towards your nose (taking care to avoid direct contact with the skin) and breathe its the message of love, compassion & support.
Step 4 – Take a few breaths
Apply your happy roller remedy directly to the heart centre & at the pulse points at the inner wrists & elbows. Take a few comfortable breaths, feeling the movement of the chest into the hands as you breathe in and out. As you continue to breathe in this way, begin to visualise the softness of your breath flowing directly into your heart space.
Step 5 – Heart Breath
As you breathe in – open your arms out wide, extending out from the shoulders at the sides of the body & allowing your heart space to open forward, so that the chest rises. As you exhale, softly bring your palms back to rest over your heart.
Repeat this 5 – 6 times, allowing the movement to flow on the waves of the breath.
Step 6 – Come back to your intention
Bring the hands back to rest at your heart, again feeling the chest rising and falling into your palms. Quietly restate your intention, dipping your forehead down in the direction of your heart- taking a few moments to quietly sit here connecting head, heart & hand.
SOUL

Heart Opening Ritual
Open the heart & balance your emotions with this simple ritual to invite the flow of love and compassion in!

Why we love this: It provides quick & achievable stress relief – helping you to respond to life’s challenges from a more relaxed, mindful place.
What to do:
Step 1 –Set your intention
Light your candle with the intention, “I release all stress, strain & tension from my body & my mind. I feel calm & relaxed.”
Step 2 – Find a comfortable position
Set a timer for 5 minutes. Come to a comfortable seated or lying down position – where your body feels easeful, but the spine is lifted and well supported.
Step 3 – Focus on your natural breathing
Begin by observing the natural rhythm of your breathing: the sensation of air moving softly in and out of the nostrils.
Step 4 – Deepen the breath
Bring one hand to rest softly on the belly, the other at the centre of the chest – feel the in-breath expand from the belly, through to the rib cage and up to the chest. Exhaling, feel the breath release from the chest, the rib cage, then the belly. Continue like this: soft, comfortable breathing. As you continue to breathe in this way, observing the rise & fall of the breath. After a few rounds of breath, you may wish to introduce a slight pause – holding the breath for a couple of counts at the top of the inhale and then at the bottom of the exhale.
Do this for 5-6 rounds of breath.
Step 5 – Return to your natural breath
Come back to your natural breath, now simply observing the flow of your breathing in and out of the body. If thoughts come into your mind, simply observe them with curiosity then allow them to flow back out again. If the mind feels particularly busy, as you inhale you might simply say to yourself, internally, “I’m breathing in” and as you exhale, “I’m breathing out.”

Energy Cleansing Ritual

Why we love this: This ritual uses the purifying power of flames to intentionally release the past to ashes, helping you move beyond limiting beliefs and focus on what you need to be able to step mindfully into the future. This burning ritual gives you a sense of closure – allowing you to feel lighter, brighter & ready to step into new opportunities and fresh energy.
What to do:
Step 1 – Ground & Centre
Take a few deep breaths to centre and ground yourself, making sure that you’re feeling peaceful (please note that we do not recommend this ritual at times when you’re feeling any acute sense of anger, strong upset).
Step 2 – Set your intention
Light your candle with the intention, “ I let go of what no longer serves me & move with optimism into my future “
Step 3 – Light your smudge stick.
Choose which smudging wand feels right for you: grounding Paulo Santo or soothing Sage. Take your smudge stick into your hand and, as you light it, clearly state whatever it is that you need to let go of. As the smoke from the wand rises, visualise your unwanted thoughts rising up in the smoke saying, “Today I release what I do not need, what I do not want, what is no longer serving my highest purpose”.
Step 4 – Close your ritual.
When you feel ready, if the smudging wand is still burning, put it out completely, watching as the smoke dissipates and ending the ritual by placing the smudge stick back into a porcelain bowl, or shell.
Rub your palms, together, shaking the hands & the fingers, as an act of cleansing and final release.
